Starting point

London
SE16 7AR

We meet for this ride at Deal Porter Square, Canada Water, and start by cycling out to Cutty Sark Gardens in Greenwich. We then follow the Thames Path eastwards to Woolwich, making use of some new sections of the path including the new "missing link" section. After this we join the Ridgeway Path, which takes us to Southmere Lake. We then cycle through Erith to Dartford and seek out the famous tunnel, where classical music is played as a deterrent to stop young people from congregating there and causing trouble! This takes us to the Darent Valley Path. On our way back we skirt round Dartford Heath until we reach Hall Place, where we stop at the riverside cafe for a refreshment break (https://www.hallplace.org.uk/cafe-and-shop/). We then cycle back to Cutty Sark Gardens via Falconwood.
