M32 8WE

We will cycle along the Bridgewater Canal to Worsley, Astley and across Moss Brooke to Irlam Station where we will stop for refreshments. Heading back we will cross over Irlam locks, negotiate a few quiet roads in Flixton before cycling across Carrington moss and the Trans Pennine Trail to home.
The route is flat and mainly off road. It can get quite muddy so it is not suitable for skinny tyres. Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather, bring a spare inner tube and some money for refreshments and/or snacks
We will cycle at a steady pace but as on all guided rides we don’t leave anyone behind
