From Lancaster we head to Carnforth and then Arnside.
After coffee and cake we head towards Milnthorpe before turning off into a very scenic country estate with lots of wildlife such as deer and pheasants.
We then leave the estate and head towards Silverdale on single track lanes and then we will climb Warton Crag.
Then it's back to Lancaster via Carnforth.

Scenic country roads
Mostly country roads with little traffic
Coffee and cake stop in Arnside
All riders must wear a helmet, have what's needed to repair a puncture and money will be needed for coffee stop.
