About the route
A steady meander suitable for absolute beginners along the Trent and Canal up to Trent Lock and back. Please dress for the weather and ensure your bike is roadworthy. A spare inner tube at least as part of your repair kit is advised. Helmets, while not mandatory, are advised for your own safety.
