DRIFFIELD FOUR SEASONS BREEZERS: LAUREL VINES HARVEST RIDE!

PLEASE BE AWARE Government and British Cycling Covid-19 Regulations apply to all rides. Make sure you bring a mask, apron or waterproof jacket, your own First Aid Kit. Please can you also make sure your contact details are up to date.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT THE LEISURE CENTRE AT 7.30AM for a 7.45AM START. Can you make sure you wait beside the Leisure Centre entrance for your Ride Leaders. We will need to set of early for this ride to spend the day grape picking for Laurel Vines. We are expected to arrive for Breakfast (Bacon Butties & drink) at 9am. Grape picking, lunch provided, a little more grape picking. Depart 4pm ish. It may be worth cycling with a ruck sack with a change of shoes for use in the vineyards whilst picking and an extra top if weather turns slightly colder. You will then have space to carry a bottle of wine, given to each picker upon leaving. Please inform of any dietary requirements to Ride Leaders.
As always, we advise you wear a helmet and check the forecast to wear suitable clothes for the ride. Bring a snack and a bottle of water too. Please carry enough tools should you encounter a technical problem on the ride and make sure you have two spare inner tubes, along with everything required to mend a puncture. Please also bring some money for refreshments.

Should the ride have to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to inform all participants beforehand. There will also be a Breeze Champion at the start venue.
