leave Ipswich towards Tuddenham then take the Otley road to B1079 where we climb birds hill and work our way round to Debach. Leave Debach on B1078 and then take first left towards Monewden continuing past Cretingham, Framsden, Helmingham, Hemmingstone and Henley where we head back to finish.
