We shall ride quiet roads and cycle paths through to Ickenham and pick up the A40 cycle path at Swakelys foot bridge to the Polish war memorial. From there we will ride on cycle paths through to the cycle circuit. After a lap of the circuit we will pick up the canal tow path and ride to Northala Fields where we will stop for refreshments, before returning via roads to Eastcote.
Please make sure that your bike is in good working order and I recommend you carry a spare inner tube and your oyster card; bike lock and cash for when we stop.
