We will ride on quiet roads and cycle paths through Northolt and Hanwell picking up the canal tow path at the bottom of Boston Manor Road. Syon park is only a short distance further, where we will stop in the garden centre cafe for refreshments, before returning via a similar route.
Please make sure that your bike is in good working order and dress according to the weather. I also recommend you carry a spare inner tube.
