Starting point

We will ride out of Eastrop Park out through Old Basing. We will then cycle along Newnham Lane out towards Rotherwick and then on through Dipley and then past West Green House. We will proceed to the traffic lights and cross over at Phoenix Green. We will then carry on along Taplin's Farm Lane that crosses over the M3 Motorway. Not long now to the Cafe stop in Odiham High Street at 16 miles. We then cycle out of Odiham High Street, past Robert May's School over to Greywell and Up Nately. We will cross over the A30 by the Hatch Pub then back via Old Basing to Eastrop Park.

We will have to cycle on some busier roads and will pick up quieter country ones. Where we are able to, we will ride on cycle lanes and on less busier roads. The route is undulating and we will stop at a safe place after an incline to regroup and to take on refreshments.

A lovely scenic 22 mile route down Newnham Lane on towards Rotherwick. We cross over Hartley Wintney and follow a lovely route on towards Odiham where we stop for coffee. It is slightly undulating in places. We look forward to meeting you on this ride or other Breeze rides. Jackie and Tracy

The roads we will cycle on are not traffic free, but once we leave the centre of Hook village we will be cycling onto quieter roads.

We will stop to take a group photo on the route and to take on any refreshments. We will have a cafe stop for tea and cake at the end of this ride.

• Make sure you have a cycle helmet (no helmet no ride!) • Your bike is in good working order and your tyres are properly inflated, if your bike is unsafe unfortunately you will not be able to take part this time • Suitable clothing for the weather e.g waterproof jacket for a wet ride • Puncture repair kit, spare inner tube and bike pump • Please make sure you bring a drink to keep you hydrated • A padlock for securing your bike at the cafe stop

New riders are most welcome, please note the pace of the ride is 8-10 mph but we will cycle at the pace of the slowest rider. No rider will be left behind, we are here to look after you.
