To Celebrate Clean Air Day we will meet by the recycling point by Edgar's garage at the far end of Asda carpark.
We will be traveling on the NCN's route to Maryport where we will take a comfort break then carry on along the promenade, along past the golf course to meet up with the cycle way to Allonby. We will be stopping for refreshments at Allonby tea rooms. Please bring along your cycling helmet, wear clothing you are comfortable cycling in, thin layer's work best, waterproofs as you never know, a spare inner tube that fits your bike, a cold drink and some money for your refreshment at the café. We will be traveling back to Workington by the same route. We always ride at the slowest rider's pace and accompanied children are very welcome, so this is not a ride for racer's :-) as we will be enjoying the views and the fresh sea air.
