Finding it hard to get off that couch and onto your bike?
Come and join us on our Saturday Easy B2B Guided rides.
We will be travelling along quite country roads and cycle ways where ever possible to include a comfort/snack stop.
This week we will be traveling out to Embleton towards Bathinswaite lake for a comfort stop at the Lake's Distillery, then out along the Wythop route to bring us back to Cockermouth via Strawberry How
Please bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to remove layers work best, a waterproof jacket, as you never know, a drink, some money for our café stop & an inner tube that fits your bike, (just in case)
All first time cyclists are very welcome this also includes E-Bike riders with a fully charged Battery
