Easy going all off road to the Rising Sun Park

This is an easy paced evening ride 10 miles from Gosforth up to the Rising sun Country park and looping back to our start point. Lovely end to the week .

It is 100% traffic free so ideal for newbies.

You will gain confidence in riding your bike in a safe, encouraging and friendly group, and get some gentle exercise in the fresh air.
We will end the ride if you fancy joining us for refreshments at the Victory pub. This is minutes from the start point.

100%. traffic free. all Waggon ways, Bridlepath or cycle routes

We are not planning any stops during the ride. other than water and photo stops.

Please make sure your bike is in working condition PRIOR to arriving for the ride and bring a spare inner tube to fit your tyres (check the valve type too!) and/or a puncture repair kit. The leaders can help you fix a puncture, but only if you have the right size inner tube for your bike or a puncture repair kit! If the weather is poor, we will only contact you if we are cancelling the ride and will do so by putting a message in the ‘conversation’ tab in the ride. You should receive a notification by email if there is a message. If you have not heard from us we are still riding.
