Easy Riders Monday Night Social Ride

Join me for another short easy paced cycle ride along the cycle paths of South Tyneside this Monday. We'll start the ride outside Jarrow Town Hall from 6:30pm, so try to arrive ten minutes earlier at 6:20pm. The ride should last approximately 70 minutes, but may take a little longer.

To take part in the ride you will need a reasonable level of fitness, and be able to cycle around 10 miles at an easy to steady pace.

Items to bring with you:
• Your own bicycle with front and rear lights and reflectors.
• Helmet (optional).
• Bicycle repair kit/spare inner tube etc.
• Suitable clothing.
• Water bottle.

Anyone joining us for the ride will be responsible for their own equipment and safety. Although I am a qualified cycle leader and first aider, I can't take responsibility for the actions of other cyclists. That said, I hope to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all involved.
