A there and back trip from Upton country park to Workbridge for refreshments, a relaxed ride to suit beginners and those of us who just want a bit of fresh air.
Following along the cycle path near the river. we won't leave anyone behind.

Stopping at Billing garden centre for coffee & cake

As usual a helmet and puncture repair kit are recommended, not forgetting money for the cafe
