Easygoing Upton to Flore 19 mile loop

Relaxed 19 mile loop from Upton, via the Paddocks Tearoom in Flore for coffee & cake.

Almost entirely on roads, but there's a stretch of gravel track in Kislingbury near the end of the ride, so bear this in mind when selecting tyres.

Aiming for 11 - 12 mph, we'll ride as a group leaving no-one behind. Quick stops along the way as required to catch our breath.

As this is a 'Social' Ride, the ride leader has no cycling-related or first-aid qualifications - please be responsible for yourself :)
