This East End Cycling Club ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

Start/Finish point is the Lee Valley VeloPark, QE Olympic Park.
Relatively flat and at a leisurely pace, this ride welcomes all abilities, but please note the 27 mile distance.

All participants are expected to bring: • A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. (If in doubt, have it checked over by a local bike shop or qualified mechanic). • Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers. • Dress for the weather. • A drink and energy bar. • Lights if there is any chance of poor visibility.
