the route starts at Emirates Arena and along to Glasgow Green and follow to SECC along to Dumbarton Castle, following the NCR75, mostly cycle path. This is not suitable for beginners.

Free bike hire on request. Meet up at Emirates Arena, lobby for 0930hrs so we can leave at 1000hrs.
