Ennerdale Circuit Breeze Session

Whether you're new to cycling or an experienced rider, this is a fantastic opportunity to come and experience riding around the brand new purpose built cycling facility at Ennerdale Leisure Centre for FREE. The session is open to all women regardless of ability. The only criteria is that you can ride a BIKE. You can do 1 lap or 20!

The female Breeze Champions will be there to give you useful tips and advice and will even cycle around the track with you if you need us to. If anyone wants to go a little faster, you are welcome to ride around at your own pace. It is your hour so feel free to use it to suit your needs.

The session time is 1830 - 1930 and there is a secure car park and toilet/changing facilities inside the sports centre. What to wear? Anything comfy, warm and waterproof! Please remember to bring bike lights with you...and a spare inner tube if you can.

To find the secure parking area, turn right once you've entered the Ennerdale car park and drive to the cycle track gate which will be open for you. The parking is right next to the track. If you need assistance, there will be someone on hand to help you lift your bike out of the car.
