This is a steady ride, for those new to cycling; have a bike but haven't ridden for a while and those who are confident on two wheels. Either way the aim is to get ladies out cycling, getting some fresh air and to enjoy a lovely social ride. The route is 85% cycle paths so is safe and flat.
