Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

A relatively flat route to the east of Ipswich, a mix of quiet back roads and some main roads. Around 20 miles.
We’ll have a leisurely, sociable ride, at a comfortable pace for the slowest rider. Practical to do on a sports hybrid though most will likely be on road bikes.
Helmets strongly recommended, but hey, it’s your head! Bring a spare inner tube, pump and enough tools to change a tyre if needs be. Help will be available if you aren’t confident changing a tyre yourself. A water bottle is advisable.
Don’t forget you’ll probably need lights, depending on the time of sunset.
We never leave anyone behind.
