Join us for a family ride from the Cycle Hub on Newcastle's Quay Side along to the Land of Oak and Iron in Gateshead's Derwent Valley for refreshments before returning to the Cycle Hub.
The route is mainly traffic free, although there we will encounter some minor roads.
We will be stopping at the Land of Oak and Iron Heritage Centre.
We never leave anyone behind
