We set off along the Tram Road to Lostock Hall and through Whitestake, Midge Hall, Ulnes Walton and Eccleston to visit the Dive Centre, before continuing to Rufford for coffee.
Our return takes us through Mawdesley, Croston, Bretherton, Hoole and Penwortham back to Avenham Park.

There are great views of the countryside in South Ribble and we shall stop briefly to look at The Delph Diving Centre.
We will use quiet country roads
Our stop for coffee will be at Fettlers in Rufford.
Please wear a helmet and bring equipment to deal with a puncture. Also please bring money for refreshments at the coffee stop.
