Prepare yourself for a bicycle adventure as we head out along the Trans Pennine Trail from Lymm to Spike Island (which sounds more exciting than it is, sadly). We will stop to refuel at a pub before heading back. Alternatively, bring lashings of ginger beer and sandwiches - leave Timmy the dog at home though!
