Five Locks To Goytra

Join me on this stunning ride to Goytra Warf . We'll meet in the carpark near the entrance to Five Locks Close and peddle up to Goytra Warf taking in the views . This stretch of the canal is well maintained , gravel and in a few parts the towpath narrows but nothing major , also a few bridges to deal with , but we can dismount and walk under . When we arrive at Goytra Warf we can enjoy a well earned rest and a cuppa at the newly opened Hummingbird Café , so remember to bring some pennies . Helmet's are essential and also remember to check your tyres ( apples not oranges ) your brakes are in good working order . Please bring a spare inner tube that fits your bike just in case of a puncture . A good level of fitness is needed .
