(1) ReviewsThis ride is for riders who want a slightly faster pace trail ride, still on quiet roads and trails in the main but a bit more challenging than the 'at the pace of the slowest ride' which is at 1pm on the same day. Suitable for CX, Gravel, MTB and Hybrid. Road bikes are OK if the weather has been dry and they do not have skinny slick tyres.
Quiet roads and trails towards Rochdale and along route 6 towards Holcombe Brook
We will have a coffee at the end of the ride at the Lampost cafe at Burrs
Helmets, warm cycling clothing, pumped up tyres and puncture kit including a spare inner tube.
This route is for more experienced riders. 1st timers should look at our gentle ride at 1pm on the same day which will suit you down to the ground!
