Starting on Morecambe Promenade we head out towards Capenwray via Hest Bank. From there it's on to Kirby Lonsdale go through this lovely little town and start the gentle climb to Kendal.
After lunch we leave Kendal along some lovely little country lanes through some tiny little villages towards Milnthorpe and on to Arnside which is a great stop for photos across the bay to the Lake District.
From there we head back to Morecambe via Silverdale and Carnforth.

Lunch stop at the Bristley Hog in Kendal.

All riders must wear a helmet and bring along basic tools for puncture repair. Money will be needed if you want to buy coffee, lunch etc. Also bring along water bottles and any snacks you need to fuel your ride.
