Starting from Morecambe we head to Milnthorpe via Carnforth, Silverdale, then Storth and and then follow route 700 around the bay to Grange over Sands.

All riders must wear a helmet and bring what's needed should you get a puncture as due to social distancing guidelines I will be unable to help. Money for coffee stop
