FLAB Social Northumberland - Amble Braid to the Drift Cafe Confidence Builder

This is a confidence builder ride for those new to cycling or recently returning to cycling. The ride is at a very gentle pace. The route is very flat and utilises very quiet lanes and gravel cycle paths up the coast.

This route follows the coastal cycle path from Amble through to Cresswell

The route follows some quiet roads and gravel paths

We will be stopping for refreshments at the Drift Cafe (I recommend the cheese and onion toasties!!)

Please wear helmets and bring puncture repair kits, pump and water
