About the route
Starting point
Robinsons Red Lion pub with a large car park on the village green in Lower Withington.
Starting at The Red Lion Lower Withington we will head out through the Cheshire lanes, passing Capesthorne Hall and Jodrell Bank before returning to The Red Lion.
The route is 20.91 miles, quiet lanes with a very short stretch on a quiet bit of the A34. It's fairy flat, that's a Cheshire flat not Yorkshire flat!
The Pub does a good range of food and drinks, my favourite is the home made cheese pie.
