Starting point

Derbyshire
DE75 7GX

Up hill and down dale. We will be cycling in the beautiful dales of Derbyshire, this ride is a bit hilly, be warned, but great if you are after a workout, a bit easier after Swanwick and not so many hills.
All road, so hybrid or road bikes necessary. Two busy areas to watch out for, the roundabout at Heanor in the beginning and we are riding through Ripley town centre so stay together and watch out for each other.
No one will get left behind, we will go at the pace of the slowest rider, this could be me!!
We will wait at the top of hills to let every one catch up.
The Cafe is a stop in Swanwick, The Pantry, which is small but quaint so will fix you up with a bacon butter and a cappuccino.
Helmets must be worn and bring a drink and a spare inner tube/repair kit just in case.
