Flab Social Ride Derbyshire

Sunday is looking like a good day for it so get your bikes out and come and join us for this ride to our beautiful seaside town Matlock. Fish and chips at the ready. We will meet at Spondon village hall, free parking at 9.15 and have a steady ride, not too many hills in this one. Please ensure you bring all necessary equipment just in case of punctures, so a spare inner tube and helmets are a must as this can be a busy route, money for the cafe and a lock for your bike.
The usual Flab rules apply no one gets left behind and we will stop as necessary to take drinks and to regroup. This is a longer ride than we normally do and about stamina and keep them peddles turning. There are a few cafes to choose from but the first one in is called The Restoration cafe so we will stop there for a bite to eat before setting of back to Spondon.
The weather is looking good at the moment but if it does change I may have to cancel so keep an eye out on your emails.
