About the route

Starting on Morecambe Promenade we head towards Hest Bank and Carnforth before turning off onto country lanes towards Silverdale and Arnside.
After a cafe stop we leave Arnside towards Sandside and into Dallam Tower country estate where there are usually herds of deer to see.
From there we loop back round to Silverdale and back to Morecambe via Carnforth

All riders must wear a helmet, have basic tools to repair a puncture and money for cafe stop
