The route takes us on quiet country roads out of Sedgefield past the Racecourse and on down to Bishopton then over to Thorpe Thewles. After crossing the A177 with care we stop at the visitors centre for cake and refreshments before returning back to Sedgefield. A few small inclines but a generally level route with fantastic scenery.
