This will be a gentle ride up to Newbiggin By The Sea for an ice cream or chips by the beach. We'll ride up the waggonways through Percy Main, Backworth, Cramlington, Bedlington Station etc then head back south down the coast through Blyth, Seaton Slush, Whitley Bay, and Tynemouth This is a 40 mile ride so for any newer riders, please ensure that you're comfortable with this distance

This will be a mix of paved cycleways, gravel paths, and roads and we will be riding in the traffic for parts of the route

We'll possibly stop at Caffè Bertorelli at Newbiggin for our cafe stop

Helmets are mandatory on all FLAB social rides. Please also ensure that you are self sufficient with spare inner tubes and basic tools.
