Pedal out from Amble up to Alnmouth and then up to Foxton. Back down through Lesbury into Hipsburn and then a climb back up Bilton Bank before heading down to Warkworth and back to Amble.

Couple of climbs on a Wednesday night! What's not to like?

Quiet country lanes and cycle paths.

No mid ride stops but perhaps a pint at Brewis Beer Tap Room if we make it back before last orders?

Helmets are mandatory on FLAB rides. Please bring a spare inner tube, puncture repaire, pump and basic tools. Also make sur eyou have water and mid ride snacks!
