FLAB social rides west riding

Following trails as much as possible along the spen valley greenway through Bradford to Shipley and back along the Leeds Liverpool canal to methley and canal to ferryboat.

A long circular route following the spen valley to Bradford then down to Shipley and back along the canal through Leeds and back to ferryboat.

Approx 70 percent traffic free route with short road sections at Wakefield, ossett, Bradford and methley.

As this is a long ride there will probably be 2 cafe stops on route for a brief rest and refreshments.

Helmets are mandatory on flab rides and please bring money for cafe plus a working bike with basic spares i.e. innertube and dress for the conditions.
