Flab beginners ride following route 62.
Completely traffic free apart from a couple of rd crossings.
Stopping at Wingfield farm for a cafe stop before returning via the same route.
Helmets are mandatory for Flab rides .please bring a working bike, spare tubes in case of puncture and money for cafe plus suitable clothing for the conditions of the day.
