Pudding Mill Lane and Stratford High Street DLR). The cafe is close to the Orbit, which is close to South Park in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

This ride is open to beginners increasing distance and enjoy a sociable group with a chance to increase distance on future events. There may be some open roads, mostly quiet ways and cycleways.
A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair. Bike lock just incase we stop somewhere for a coffee and cake.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels. Suncream and sunshades, money for onward journey and coffee stops.
