We are likely to go on some roads with traffic, quiet roads were possible.
A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Bike lock to lock somewhere for a coffee and cake. Don't forget your face covering.
If you have a temperature, cough or any other symptoms related to Covid - 19 then please do not attend and take measures to help curb this Pandemic.
