Starting from - Meeting at 0900 at Viewtube Common cafe, The Greenway, Marshgate Lane. E15 2PJ
Nearest station is Pudding Mill Lane DLR, about 500m walk. Cross over and turn left on pedestrian footpath leading to a slope leading to the Greenway and a globe at the top. Viewtube studios are on the right. Alternatively Stratford underground - head to the London Stadium, cross over the South Lawn. Viewtube is about 200M off the loop road going up the slip to the greenway.

Laps around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
Tarmac, uneven in places with moving traffic. Cycle lanes available in most areas, occasionally flow through traffic lights.
We will have a post-ride coffee nearby depending on preferences. We may snack during ride should there be a need, otherwise full ride time will be continuous.
Please bring lights for onward journey home. Money for drinks. Spare kit for possible puncture repairs. Dress warm and appropriate for the weather.
