Starting from - Viewtube Common cafe at 1200, The Greenway, Marshgate Lane.

Nearest station is Pudding Mill Lane DLR, about 500m walk. Cross over and turn left on pedestrian footpath leading to a slope leading to the Greenway and a globe at the top. Viewtube studios are on the right. Alternatively Stratford underground - head to the London Stadium, cross over the South Lawn. Viewtube is about 200M off the loop road going up the slip to the greenway. E15 2PJ

We will be exploring the QEOP, Victoria Park. This ride for anyone who has Basic cycling skills and wants to increase distance in a traffic free environment, with opportunity to enjoy a social experience exploring the local areas at an easy going pace.

Check that your bike is fully functioning. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring spares if your bike is prone to punctures, inner tube, pump, levers and tool to release wheel.

Wear appropriate clothing and sufficient sun / rain protection. Bring hydration and snacks or there will be a coffee stop at the end for a chat - so money or Oyster for onward journey.
