Flying Colours Saturday Ride - Easy 10-15

We will be exploring Olympic Park, Victoria Park or Hackney Marshes returning to Viewtube cafe, enjoy refreshments and there will be a puncture repair session available to those wishing to participate and have time to stay for about a. Hour, starting Approx 1.30pm.

This ride is open to beginners increasing distance and enjoy a sociable group with a chance to increase distance on future events.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet and sun protection. Packed lunch, hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels are popular to save costs and waiting times at refreshment stops. Bring your oyster or travel card for any eventuality.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair.
