Starting from - Viewtube Common cafe at 0930, The Greenway, Marshgate Lane.

Nearest station is Pudding Mill Lane DLR, about 500m walk. Cross over and turn left on pedestrian footpath leading to a slope leading to the Greenway and a globe at the top. Viewtube studios are on the right. Alternatively Stratford underground - head to the London Stadium, cross over the South Lawn. Viewtube is about 200M off the loop road going up the slip to the greenway. E15 2PJ

Heading south either via Woolwich towards South following the Thames path for a short distance before heading by roads to Danson Park - expect hill climbs and experienced riders only. We will take tea in the lovely cafe in the park with a small lake.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Packed lunch, hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels are popular to save costs and waiting times at refreshment stops. Bring your oyster or travel card for any eventuality.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair.
