Friday Fun lunchtime Redway ride - Canal and Lakes route - 10 miles

Join us for a fun Friday lunch time ride. The ride will be on the Milton Keynes redways (so traffic free). This is a fabulous route around Milton Keynes, passing through some lovely green and wooded areas and along the Grand Union Canal, River Ouse and past Caldecotte Lake and Willen Lake.

WEATHER DEPENDENT - keep an eye out for notifications closer to the date, we will not go out if it is tipping it down!

This is a gentle paced ride, suitable for both regular riders but also those getting into it. If there is time, and totally optional, we will have a coffee/cake at the Lakeside Cafe at Willen at the end of the ride.

Our rides are for all - we ride together at a pace that suits everyone and no one is ever left behind. We will pause to catch our breath as needed.

Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube and pump, please ensure your bike is well maintained. Always a good idea to bring water.

You will be riding under the guidance of a British Cycling trained Ride Leader and Breeze Champion
