This is the final ride of the series so this one is a little more of a challenge, hence the name Hilly Hughenden. That being said, what goes up ... so there are some lovely descents too. The ride is perfectly do-able and we will always wait at the top of all hills. We will go via Great Kingshill, Prestwood, Hampden, Princes Risboro, Lacey Green and Speen. This time the cafe stop will be at the end of the ride, at the community shop/ cafe in Hughenden car park, so have a good breakfast and carry a snack with you!

This is a series of rides every Friday for 6 weeks. The distance will be approx 20-24 miles although if the weather is challenging the ride may be adjusted. We will ride around the villages and countryside of the local area and into Aylesbury Vale so there will always be some hills but plenty of flat too. The rides are intended for anyone to join so they will be a steady pace and no-one will be left behind.

Most of the roads will be relatively quiet although some busier roads are unavoidable.

There will be a cafe stop on the route and we will stop where necessary to allow the group to stay together.

A helmet is essential and please remember to bring spare inner tubes, lights and cash/card for the cafe. Your bike should be in good working order especially the brakes.
