This is one of Breeze's Summer of Cycling rides. Participation in any of these rides between July 23rd and August 22nd can lead to some free goodies, subject to availability.
The ride will be mainly on quiet roads, through parks along river and canal paths with a few hills. All surfaces are good for any type of bike. We will be following the route of the Bourn brook towards and across the Bristol Rd to Woodgate Valley Park. There we'll take a refreshment stop - bring own supplies or buy at the cafe before heading back along the Woodgate Valley and Harborne cycle paths before joining the Blue Route in Selly Oak.
Please make sure your bike is roadworthy, with tyres pumped up and chain oiled. Wear a helmet and comfortable clothes, gloves are a good idea too. Bring a drink of water or squash. Please bring own hand sanitizer and some cash and a mask to wear if buying refreshments (not while riding).

This ride is one of a series we’re doing building up distance and hill climbing and getting to know routes and cycle paths in the area, sharing our love of cycling.

We look forward to seeing you. Message us if you have any questions. If you do book and then find you can't go please cancel your place AND if this is on the morning of the ride please message us as well to give those on the waiting list a chance to join the ride.

We especially welcome newbies!
