For our F4F Queens Platinum Jubilee bank holiday Friday morning ride we will be travelling along quite country roads towards the seaside for our annual ice cream ride.
All current F4F members are welcome this also includes our E-bike riding members with a fully charged battery and fitted with hybrid tyres.

We will be continuing to include our outdoor socially distanced drinks & snack breaks along the ride with great views.

Road bikes with slick tyres are included on this bank holiday ride but may find some parts of the route bumpy.

We always travel at the slowest rider's pace with support and encouragement from within the group so no one is ever left behind. This is to enhances your enjoyment of leisurely cycling within the safety of our Further 4 Fun group. So this is not the ride for you if you require speed or are trying to beat your personal best on Strava!

You will need to bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to remove layers work best, a waterproof jacket, (as the weather can change quickly along our routes), a cold drink or small flask for along the way & snacks for our "alfresco stops" if needed.
Our mid way stop on this ride will be to purchase Ice creams at the Aquarium so you will also need to bring a face mask, contactless card or money with you if you wish to purchase refreshments.

All riders are still required to provide their own bike repair equipment to comply with British cycling's self-sufficient rules. So a spare inner tube that fits your bike, a set of tyre levers & a hand pump with the correct fitting for your inner tube valve are the required minimum repair kit for self-sufficiency (just in case).

Please do not attend the ride if you have Covid symptoms, have someone in your household who does or if you have tested positive on a recent Covid test.
Any concerns or questions you may have about attending just message the ride leader on the conversation tab below.
