The ride will be led by Pip Riley a very experienced cyclist and myself a British Cycling qualified ride leader. Meeting in front of the Royal Oak Hotel Garstang. This is a short social ride of 15 to 17 flat miles with a cafe stop. If you are new to cycling this is ideal for you the pace will be the same as the slowest rider average 8 - 10mph. If you have not rode in a group before this will be ideal for you.

The route is on quiet roads with no hills to speak of.
