This will be an easygoing ride aimed at men and women who want to get into biking, suitable for those who haven't been on their bike for a while and need to build up confidence and fitness. It will be on cycle tracks and will be between 4 to 10 miles (depending on the experience of riders on the day) at a easygoing pace. Nobody is left behind as we go at the pace of the slowest rider.
Please arrive for 6.30pm when we will do a bike check and aim to leave by 6.45pm.
Please ensure your bike is roadworthy, with working brakes and tyres pumped up and also please bring a spare inner tube. A helmet is advised.
