Route is via Whalley, Wiswell, Pendleton, Worston, Downham, Rimmington and Gisburn. From here we go to Bolton by Bowland, Holden and Slaidburn, returning via Newton, Waddington fell to Waddington, Clitheroe, Barrow and Whalley.
Lunch can be taken in Bolton by Bowland or Slaidburn, perhaps determined by the concentration of Mothers.
Total distance is 38 miles.
